Shipping policy
Delivery Fees
The Standard UK Delivery Fee is £2.95 although this is discounted to FREE on orders over £30. Your order is usually dispatched within 1 business day and Royal Mail Tracked 48 will aim to deliver your order within 48 hours although this is not a guarantee.
The Express UK Delivery Fee is £3.95 although this is discounted to £2.95 on orders over £30. Your order is usually dispatched within 1 business day and Royal Mail Tracked 24 will aim to deliver your order within 24 hours although this is not a guarantee.
We do not currently ship orders outside of the UK.
Pre-Orders
We will aim to dispatch pre-orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Due to high volumes, this is not always possible. If you are looking for an update on your pre-order please email support@the-cargobay.com
Shipping to You
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Shipping to The Cargo Bay
If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility that the product(s) arrive to us in an eligible condition for refund within 14 days. The cost to return an item will be paid by the purchaser. We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
